Your Account: You must sign-up up online to create an account to access and use the Site. You agree not to use any false, inaccurate or misleading information when signing up for your account. MYST Labs only sells to smoking adults of legal smoking age, who own and can purchase with a credit card or paypal account. If you are under the legal smoking age, www.mystlabs.com and its affiliates will refuse service, terminate all of your accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders immediately. You can close your account at any time and for any reason.  If you have any problems with the Terms or with the Site your sole and exclusive remedy is to cease using the Site.

If you use this Site, You must keep your account details, PID and password confidential. Only you may use your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including charges from unauthorized use of your account prior to your taking steps to prevent such occurrence by changing your password and notifying us.

Email Communications: When you purchase from this site, you are agreeing to allow MYST Labs to add you to our marketing email list. You have the ability to opt-out at any time. Your information will not be shared with third parties. Even if you opt-out of our marketing communications, we will continue to send you transactional emails related to processing your orders. If you have provided us with your email address to subscribe to one of our services and you wish to change your address or no longer wish to receive these communications, simply follow the unsubscribe instructions that appear in those email communications.

Warranty: MYST Labs comes with a 1 Year Limited Warranty for all electronic devices purchased on mystlabs.com or through an authorized retailer. MYST Labs pods are NOT eligible for replacement or exchange. If MYST Labs device is defective during the warranty period, you can exchange it for a new one at no extra cost. Please complete the Replacement form online. If you don’t have a mystlabs.com account, you’ll be asked to create one.If you purchased your MYST Labs device at our authorized retailers, please contact local store for replacement. Your request must be received within one year from the original purchase date. Receipts are required for filing. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet these requirements.

Compliance with Applicable Laws: By accessing this Site, you agree to the Site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Product Color and Descriptions: www.mystlabs.com and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible when posting content. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from www.mystlabs.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. MYST Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you did not receive a package that is marked as delivered, it is your responsibility to resolve this issue with carrier. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery on regular orders from our website and up to 28 days on orders of New product.

Pricing: The prices displayed for MYST Labs products represent the full suggested retail price listed on the product itself. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, or authorized retailer, the price may be provided by that merchant. With respect to items sold by www.mystlabs.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you complete an online order. If a third-party site quotes prices different from www.mystlabs.com, your should contact the third-party site to settle any dispute.

Your Right to Cancel an Order: All orders are held for 24 hours for change or cancellation. Once the 24-hour window expires, the order will be processed with the information provided and all sales are final. If covered by device warranty, you are eligible to receive a replacement for defective device.
